• All BASTYON MOBI devices require approximately 3 months (90 days) for quality testing and shipping.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing delays, shipping logistics, or customs processing.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order ships

Refunds Are Available Only Under These Conditions:

• If the phone has not shipped after 90 days (with option to wait longer or request a refund).
• If the device arrives defective or significantly different from the ordered product.

• Change of mind after ordering.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances
• Failure to report defects within 7 days of delivery.

• Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or modified.

• If delivery attempts fail (e.g., wrong address, unresponsive recipient), the customer has 30 days to resolve the issue.
• After 30 days, the order is considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

• Approved refunds are subject to a 7% restocking/admin fee.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
